Zoe Davidson Jewellery Items
Zoe Davidson Jewellery provides jewellery that is completely hand made in the Orkney Isles so you can be assured that you will receive a one-of-a-kind piece. But because every item is made by hand there may be small differences and variations in shape compared to the photographs displayed on our website.
In addition, there may be slight colour differences in gemstones from that on our website photographs. This is out of our control as some gemstones naturally have colour variations. However, we always do try to choose the best gemstones for our jewellery.
All Zoe Davidson Jewellery’s items are made from precious metals such as Sterling Silver (.925) or Gold (.375, .585, .750 or .916) unless otherwise stated. Items that fall beneath the UK’s current hallmarking legislation weight may not be hallmarked. Items over this weight will be hallmarked at London’s Assay Office.
When submitting an order on Zoe Davidson Jewellery’s website you are entering into a contract with us. This contract will become binding upon our acceptance via email of your order.
When ordering online you will be transferred through to a secure payment gateway. We use Paypal to process our online transactions. It is a secure payment processing server, please visit their website for more information.
When a payment has been approved, you will receive a confirmation email stating that your order has been placed with us. If you have any problems regarding payment, please do not hesitate to contact us as we can also process payments by phone.
We love creating entirely new jewellery for customers which are specially designed and made by Zoe Davidson, herself. Bespoke Order Payment Terms
For bespoke orders we will send you an invoice quoting the full price of your bespoke piece. Before any work can begin on your order, we require a 40% deposit as confirmation of your commitment. Once your deposit has been made, we can start work on your precious jewellery. Quotes on bespoke orders are valid for 30 days.
Please note, once a deposit has been made for your bespoke order, it confirms that you are committed to the order, thus, it can no longer be cancelled.
Quotes are estimates, therefore, there may be slight changes in the final price due to fluctuations in metal prices or changes in the manufacturing. However, the change in price will only be within reason.
Once your jewellery is ready to be collected or despatched, we require you to pay the remainder of the order. Payment can be made by Paypal or Bank Transfer. Goods remain in the property of Zoe Davidson Jewellery until your order is paid in full.
If you have made a mistake or wish to cancel your order, please contact us via email immediately at email@example.com.
Please note that orders can only be cancelled before the items are despatched. If your items have been despatched, we are unable to cancel your order, so you will need to refer to our Returns Policy page.
