Important Delivery Update for European Union (EU) and Northern Ireland Customers

Due to the introduction of the General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR), which came into effect on December 13, 2024, we regret to inform our customers that we can no longer ship orders to the EU or Northern Ireland.

The GPSR introduces new safety compliance requirements for products sold within these regions, which unfortunately affects our ability to deliver there.

UK Shipping Times and Prices

What is so special about our jewellery is that it is completely handmade here in the Orkney Islands, so every piece is unique. Some pieces are pre-made and safely stored so that it can allow for faster despatch time of 3-10 working days, however, the majority of our jewellery is made to order so can take a little longer to despatch at around 2-4 weeks. If you do have a special date in mind, please contact us via email to discuss this.

All UK web orders are sent via Royal Mail service, which may require a signature upon arrival. Once your order has been despatched from our workshop, we will supply you with a confirmation email and a tracking number, if applicable. All online orders are eligible to free UK delivery!

International Shipping Times and Prices (Excludes EU and Northern Ireland)

Orders being sent outside the UK will be charged at a flat rate of £18.00 via a tracking delivery service. We regret that Zoe Davidson Jewellery cannot be responsible for any custom or duty charges upon arrival. The international delivery service in the country being sent is responsible once it is out of the United Kingdom, so Zoe Davidson Jewellery cannot be held responsible for any delays in the delivery, please contact your local postal service.

Packaging

All orders will be delivered to you safely packaged in our beautiful Zoe Davidson Jewellery boxes, finished with a ribbon. Your order will arrive in an unbranded recyclable cardboard box along with your name and address for safe delivery. If your item is being delivered from our workshop to someone as a gift, please let us know, so we can with held any receipts from the package. In addition, if you would like us to write a personal message to go along with your gift order, please contact us. Gift Vouchers will be sent in a rigid unbranded envelope to ensure of safe transit.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers will be sent via Royal Mail Recorded 1st Class Delivery or International Airmail and cost £3.50 per order to cover postage. Gift vouchers cannot be used to purchase further gift vouchers. Gift vouchers are only valid for online purchases on our Zoe Davidson Jewellery website, or in Zoe’s workshop in Stromness, Orkney. They can only be used to purchase jewellery of the same price or higher.
