A coral-inspired necklace - fit for a mermaid - featuring London blue topaz at its centre, a Mozambique garnet, a yellow citrine, a sapphire and white topaz. Hallmarked in Edinburgh's Assay Office so you can be assured of its quality.The pendant measures approximately 27mm wide, 36mm high and 18mm deep. The oval London blue topaz measures 12mm x 8mm, the oval Mozambique garnet measures 7mm x 4mm, the round yellow citrine measures 3.5mm and the round sapphire and white topaz measure 2mm. A designer jewellery necklace, this elegant sculptural pendant features a beautiful Lightning Ridge opal doublet. A fold-formed silver and gold swirl surrounds the stone as if a wave just about to break. 18ct yellow gold plating is in the folded form adding a wonderful contrast to the silver. Each piece of opal are completely one of a kind with all their unique flashes of colour. This one has has ultra-violet blues, purples and greens when the light hits it. An opal doublet is essentially two layers adhered together. The top layer is a thin slice of real opal and the bottom layer usually consists of a piece of black or dark potch (common) opal. This makes for a more affordable opal, yet still retaining those stunning opal patterns and colours.The pendant measures approximately 33mm wide, 38mm high and 4mm deep (excluding bail). The opal doublet measures approximately 13mm long and 8mm wide.
