If you look closely you can see a traditional Orkney Yole in the foreground, a wooden traditional clinker-built boat, native to Orkney. Stromness is particularly important to Zoe as it's been her hometown and workplace since moving to Orkney. Makes a wonderful gift or memory-token to oneself. Completely hand-carved in wax and cast in sterling silver then hallmarked at Edinburgh's Assay Office.The word 'hoose' is Orcadian for house.Dimensions:This contemporary necklace measures approximately 38mm long, 20mm wide and 3mm deep. It comes with a strong reflective box chain (1.7mm thick). Made from sterling silver.

Each piece of opal are completely one of a kind with all their unique flashes of colour. This one has has ultra-violet blues, purples and greens when the light hits it. An opal doublet is essentially two layers adhered together. The top layer is a thin slice of real opal and the bottom layer usually consists of a piece of black or dark potch (common) opal. This makes for a more affordable opal, yet still retaining those stunning opal patterns and colours.The pendant measures approximately 33mm wide, 38mm high and 4mm deep (excluding bail). The opal doublet measures approximately 13mm long and 8mm wide. Comes with a 1.2mm thick Silver Omega Cable measuring either 16 inch or 18 inch in length which compliments the pendant perfectly.
